I've stumbled across a figure I bought a few years back and can't figure out who's the maker any ideas?

Tank/Tahk Models from Russia? Looks like something form their Kharkov series. I've got just the spot for it if you don't want it anymore!

It looks like a fake recast of one of John Rosengrant's S&T Miniatures 1/16 Kharkov Tiger rider figures. Just do a google search and you'll see the real deal. Definitely fake as the actual castings are of a much higher quality.
