Hello,
I am working on a kit that has three color camo pattern. I used silly putty to get the general pattern however when I went to do touch ups, I would get some spatter from my airbrush. I think it is due to the paint drying on the needle. I tried to thin the paint down and decrease the pressure but when I do that I can still get a little bit of spiderwebbing if I give it too much air.
Any tips on working with thin paint? I am using Vallejo Model air with a double action airbrush.
Thanks.
Jeff

When doing touch ups, get an index card to use to help mask small areas. It'll give you a hard line. You can cut a curve into it with a pair of scissors if needed.
