Hi folks,

Did anyone ever make replacement stirrups for the Tamiya Wehrmacht Mounted Infantry Set?

The kit ones are a bit LARGE even thinned down.

Thanks

Al

Have you tried Historex Agents?
They do a wide range of accessories like that.

I fear most of Historex' offerings are 54mm which would be too big too. Master Box has some mounted offerings in 1/35 which would provide a better solution. As fare as I remember the horse is a bit primitive also, so you would have a chance of replacing it or at least an alternative.

Hi Guys,

Thanks. Historex seems to have brass horse shoes but no stirrups.

I'll see is I can make a smaller set.

Cheers

I am pretty sue I remember the Dragon sets having PE stirrups.
Their horses are good as well.

Hi Jerry,

I have the Tamiya Horse under construction so I just made some from brass wire.

I'll bear that on mind for next time.

Cheers

Al
