Hello fellow glue heads,
Well, we had a severe thunder storm here in Ontario Canada which knocked out the hydro...causing my basement to flood..only about an inch of water but enough to make me upset.
anyway, I redid my basement 2 yrs ago, using flood proof base floor squares...styrofoam & plywood squares with ridges cut into the styrofoam to help water flow to the septic drains in cause of a flood. Well, I did all the main floors except for my "man cave"!!! This is where I do all my modelling. I was getting around to it...now my carpet is soaked in the man cave, I will have to rip it out...the thing is, I like to model "every single day".
Turns out my sump pump died as well, so I had to go out & buy a new pump....arrggg...there goes my model $ for the week lol.
Very frustrating, but..time to redo the man cave floor.
Have a great day!
Happy Modelling!

I hope you can remedy the problem of the floor soon.
The upside is that the carpet monster will disappear too!.

Regards from the south

Just rebuild it better than it was. I usually take a day or two off, every month to reorganize my stash and man cave.
