Well, in frustration I contacted all the companies that Military-Resin claims to sell their products.

To my surprise, there was a refund sent to my paypal account! I really didn't think that I would see it after all the lines that I was fed by this company.

So in all fairness I can happily say that I got my money back.

Thank you Gilles Mazire

Greg by starting 3 different threads on different stages of this complaint, you have cvreated a disjointed story which could paint a false imopression of the company to someone who only reads the first of three posts.

I am however happy it has been resolved to your satisfaction.

I too am happy you got your money back, also I hope armorama/webmasters don't take offence to us modellers using the forum to vent our spleen when we believe we have been taken advantage of.
I too have been in same position and have turned to armorama to spread the word.
I think when all is said and done shops and manufacturers would do well to let us know if there is a delay in getting a kit out to us, after all we can spend 6 months on a build waiting a couple of months would be ok if we were told an ETA.

No-one in the KitMaker Network has an issue with you raising complaints about service.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.

Never having been in this position I was unable to find a webpage called:

.....howtoproperlyshareyourbadexperienceonaforum.com

.....I say that in sarcastic fun.

The reality is, if this merchant had conducted business responsibly, and informed me of a possible delay, or at the bare minimum responded to my questions about delivery time, I would have had nothing to complain about.

But he even took it one step farther and sent me emails saying he refunded me, when he never had.

If the very unlikely fact that I have made three separate posts somehow has a negative impact on this merchant, all I have to say is he chose to be an irresponsible merchant, he chose not to answer me, he chose to mislead me. I responded by sharing the events that he created.

I didn't tell people not to buy from him, I never would.

Don't give us an opportunity to share negative experiences.

I did the fair thing and posted the fact that FINALLY I got my money back.

If you do a search about this seller in other forums or on the web in general, you'll find many complaints, not a good sign (understatement).

Cheers,

Christophe
