To built this Piglet, I have a very old Italeri Landrover 109 kit but it is not a good one to convert . Is there any other plastic kits of Landrover on market? Is there any kit of Landrover with a Rapier Air Missile Unit?
Any info, photo or drawing will be greatly appreciated about this car.Thanks.
I remember Mario(Maki) is interested in Landrovers.
Happy New year (:-)

graywof I'm afraid theres very little in the way of landrovers out there the only other 2 in plastic in 1/35 scale are the Revell one ehich is no doubt a re-box of the italeri one and the landrover ambulance and pink-panther by Tamiya. JB models do some in 1/76 scale and there maybe some white metal ones in 1/48 scale but thats about it unless you want to buy a landrover wolf then your looking at £46+ for an accurate armour one

firing line models do some conversions for the kit you have, as well as a resin rapier, they also have some nice figures of post war british troops

try them, they are also more reasonably priced than most resin manufacturers
cheers

I'm a bit late with my response and have to agree with the guys... Revell's Landrover isn't all that good, but it is the cheapest option AFAIK. Tamiya and Italeri may he hard to convert to Piglet (perhaps Tamiya Ambulance kit, but I must admit I don't remember exactly that kit)...
As Joe said there are Firing Line offerings... both conversions and full kits; I haven't seen them so I can't comment on the quality, but they are cheaper than Accurate Armour LandRover kits... AA models are quite nice and I managed to save up for their Wolf WMIK and it is great little kit.

Thanks all for the help. I think Tamiya's Ambulance Landrover is the best choice to convert. I will try this in 2004.
Happy new Year to Maki,Joe and wolf buddy.
