@kubisz: are there any M1151s that do not include the DshKs or the camouflaged rooftops?

Of course. The most common ANA M1151 is a vehicle with DShK and GPK turret/GSK shield, without rooftop:

The other weapons: M2, PKM, KPVT, NSVT. Sometimes there is f.e. DShK as a main weapon and PKM as auxiliary.

Many of these vehicles has BF Goodrich Baja wheels (as at the photo above, these wheels are made in resin by DEF Model in DW35032 set) and Symphony counter-IED system antennas. You can see such antenna below:

And this M1151 has standard Goodyear MT/R wheels and M2 as a main weapon.

Yes, You can build a mixed vehicle. ANA has many Humvees and every variant is possible. Here is nearly what You are thinking of:

It has BF Goodrich Baja wheels, but Goodyear MT/R wheels are a good option too.
