Great work!
I think you did a great job on the collar insignia. The figures are wonderful - the tanker in front of the glacis, it looks like you painted his eyes turned towards his komrad in that "I hope NKVD doesn't come next" look.
What kits?
The tank - I really enjoy the wear and tear: not too much, not to little.

Very nice build, weathering and figure painting.
I am not sure what is malfunctioning/broken in particular on the tank. I see the wrench in one of the tanker's hand but no other indication of what they are going to try and repair. Maybe I missed it.
