Is the Testors, not the ModelMaster brand, silver paint ready to airbrush from the bottle or do I have to thin it further. It is pretty thin from the bottle.

FWIW, I'd thin it, maybe 3P:2T I'm sure others will have their own ratio. I would suggest taking care in handling it for several days after painting to let it fully cure, it always seems to be a bit tacky to me for a couple of days after painting.
