Turning the Revell panzer IV h into an F2?

Hello Everyone,

I have the Revell 1:72 panzer IV ausf h and it is a very nice kit as it is in this scale, but I want to build it as an F2 special in North Africa.

Beyond leaving all the schurzen off it, and replacing the barrel with the F2 type 75mil barrel and adding vision ports to the turret, is there anything else I need to do to backdate the Revell kit?

Better yet, has anyone done this conversion? I would be very grateful if you have any pearls of wisdom to share.
