I found this tank pic, said to be of a vehicle of the Bosnian army's 221st Gracanica Brigade, which I thought would make a great subject for a model, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at, and thought maybe someone here could help me. Is this an M-18 Hellcat or an M-36 Jackson? I get them mixed up because they both had the two hatches in the front hull. I like the hessian tape or whatever it is.

You're looking at an M47. I assume this is from the early 90's?

Yes, it's from that period - and thanks for your help! Bosnia has better tanks now, including some M-60s, but I'm not interested in modeling them because they no longer put the national emblem on their vehicles.
Another thing - this being an ex-Yugoslav machine, should I put a Soviet Dushka machine gun on it, or leave the American Browning?

I'm pretty sure you can do boyh. I've seen T-34/85's with the 50 cal. Browning mounted, and a Russian mashine gun on a US tank would look cool.
