Hello,

I've found a pic with british soldiers and a Bushmaster behind bastion walls. This bushmaster has a big bumper and an RWS.

Do you know if it is a british version ?

I have never found any pics of the british version so if it is, it will be the first !

Thanks for any help.

Couple of thoughts.
Firstly, there's no indication that the vehicle is a British one - it could belong to another national contingent and was just passing by when the photo was taken.

Secondly, the only known British users are the SF community so it 'might' belong to them but no-one's going to admit or deny that .

Regards,
John

Thank you for reply. I didn't know it is used by special forces.

Impossible to find just one pic of these UK Bushmasters. What a pity !
It seems there is a pic in a book from Osprey publications as a guy said here.

If it's fitted with a Kongsberg Protector RWS, you've probably got yourself a British Bushmaster.

Unless it's an AUS PMV used by the SAS or SF I would put my money on
a Brit SAS it's got some sort of add on armor at the rear and has the extra armor fitted to the sides as well I know the Brithish SAS had a few but not sure how they were kitted out.

Thank you for reply.

It seems some UK bushmasters were painted in sand color.

Yep, the basecoat was FS30219 as delivered, repainted in the UK sand. The interior of the stowage bins remained FS30219 tan.
