Nice review. Just got mine yesterday. After being disappointed with the Tamiya and Academy offerings, finally happy with what looks like a really good kit of the 35t.

The Tamiya kit is the older CMK kit and I'm aware of its issues, but what didn't you like about the Academy kit?

Bronco is known for their incredibly tiny parts that are amusing to remove AND cement in place.
Nice review and a fantastic vehicle to build when finished.

Any suggestions for tracking down the SKP version of this kit in the US?

Mike go straight to SKP would be my suggestion.

I have the Academy kit in the stash and Im like it more than what I see in the review pictures. The level of detail is about the same, but Bronco does look to be more complicated and tricky to assemble. Nice review. Just got mine yesterday. After being disappointed with the Tamiya and Academy offerings, finally happy with what looks like a really good kit of the 35t.
