Both Tamiya and Testor Master series have some good rattle cans....

testors MM. Has the FS numbers so you can match the real deal,
FS#34127 Forrest green
FS#33531 Sand
FS#34227 P ale green, lighten this with some white to get the M113 interior.
Tamiya you need to mix your own. Having said that, Tamiya NATO green is pretty close. Tamiya desert yellow and buff make a pretty good sand. Interior, Tamiya sky mixed with white and a bit of BUFF are pretty close, you need to lighten up the green just a bit as out of the bottle it's too strong.

Tamiya has TS-46 light sand in a spray can. The testor site would not display properly for me so couldn't check.
