Thanks for opinion they are very helpfull.
I think I will use gunze C19 mix whith some tamiya paint to shine it but maybe I change something.
The anti-skid is soda drop on varnish in spray I use top-coat and surfacer on it to safe it.

I think he may have sprayed it through his airbrush,it works quite well,but does take sometime to do.But I'm only guessing.
