I've been thinking of buy AM tracks for my Academy M551 given that the kit tracks are pretty hopeless. I know both Jaguar and Friul make tracks for the M551, but I don't know if the Jaguar tracks are any good. Does anyone have them and care to comment? Do they at least fix the main issue with the kit tracks (the lack of rubber pads)? I'm asking because Jaguar's tracks are less than half the price of Friuls, so if they are good, I'd much rather get them than pay so much more for the Friuls--especially given how inaccurate the base kit is.

Hi Lucas,

The Friul tracks are very nice, maybe something to consider?

Thanks, Frenchy! That's a bummer.

Sven--it looks like the Friuls are the only good option, so that's what I'll get.

Just note that Friuls are not fully accurate either... They have pads (although represented flush with the surrounding metal, so in quite heavily worn form), but the overall shape of links is not exactly correct
