Very true! I've bought most of my kits on e-Bay and some of them can be up to as much as 1/2 the price of the local hobby shops, although some of them are shipped from as far away as Hong Kong, or Malasia and can take almost 2 months to arrive. If you don't mind the wait the prices can be worth it especially as they offer kits that aren't even available here yet.
