This in Bronco's YW-531C in Iraqi service.
I beileve this vehicle is quite unknown to others but me too. It's originated as Chinese APC in the late 1960:s and have
been exportet to a number of countries since then.

Does someone know how frequent they were in Iraq or arab service? I haven't seen many photos of them on the web
but I think I've seen some ones in a nice sand/green cammo.

Built out of the box with an antenna added. A quite easy build, if somewhat fiddly with many small fragile parts.
The most problemtatic were the link-by-link tracks, while beautiful, theese snap-together, are very fragile
and need som real care during the build. Painted with Tamiya and Gunze, weathered with oil paints.
Do you think it needs more chipping/weathering?

Nice paint job. The weathering is subtle and enough to me. Not all the Iraki vehicles were pieces of crap.

These APC were often seen during the first Gulf War.

Nice model and thanks for posting. I have been putting together a stash of vehicles for my desert storm shelf. Needed more Iraq vehicles. Never knew about this one.
