about color, Vallejo U.S. Blue grey and 4 color of Tamiya, they r dark yellow, Green, Black and white :v

You may want to check Live Resin. I'm not sure if they have the particular figures you are looking for, but they are the best I know of.

A diorama scene? You could have him atop a hill overlooking "something not threatening"; looking upon a captured / neutralized objective; behind an fortification; talking to local people.
He is too good to be mixed into a busy diorama.

As for companies producing the best figures... I would say Evolution, Bravo6, Alpine, Airborne Miniatures, Minisoldiers, ANT Miniatures... It all depends what you want. BTE, there are a lot of reviews of these figures on this site. Check it out and decide which way to go.
