Both are lacquers, so use lacquer thinner from any hardware store.

Any lacquer thinner should work , if you use the Home Depot specials make sure it won't melt the plastic .

Thank you gentlemen. Should I assume the normal 60 thinner/40 mix?

The instructions on the bottle say to thin with Testors 1159 only, rather than the 1156.
judging from the odor Id say 1159 is almost pure acetone. the 1156 is "mineral spirit".
50/50 to 60/40 will be good and thin to allow several light coats.

I highly recommend Testors Metalizer Thinner to thin Testors Gloss or Dull. For whatever reason, it makes for a very smooth and even finishing coat . I thin the gloss or dull with about 60% thinner to 40% gloss or dull.
Best wishes,
Ian
