I have just posted some more new photos of the Vietnam War. I think some of them could give you dio guys some ideas for some new projects The driver sat up in the gun box and drove this truck. It was used to clear mines from QL 19 up in the central Highlands of Vietnam. The Truck was called the Abortion. It was the only one ever built like this

The corps got hit by a RPG rocket in the drivers side. It came up thru the floor board. The poor driver never knew what hit him (thank heaven). Alot of the trucks ended up like this. When all of our cargo trucks were trying to get out of the kill zones these brave crews drove into them and stayed there till all the cargo trucks were safely away. I owe my own life to these brave men. This is why I build these models and try to educate as many people as I can about what they did.

Well you honer them Animal, there is know better reason to recreat subjects
in modeling then this ! I do this also, though at times not realizing it untill I am half way thru
a build. At some point the model comes to life.
