Hi,
I'm totally clueless on this... How do you weather IDF tanks? I guess there is not much rust on these vehicles but a lot of dust. Anything else? Bare metal showing through the paint chipping?
Any directions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Cristian

Try a Google Images search using the terms "Golan Heights winter" and you'll see that mud and even snow are realistic options with Israeli vehicles.
There's plenty of rain and other foul weather besides just sun, sand and dust, so you have a lot of possibilities with your weathering that can set your work off from the rest.

Best suggestion, as Mike stated, is try a Google image search. Depending on the vehicle, the time period, the weather and the situation it can be all very different. I have seen most vehicles with a decent layer of dust. That being said, it will vary from one situation to another. The current operation is Protective Edge, this will give you an idea of what it looks like in Gaza, but the Golan will be a different story as will incursions/operations into Lebanon.
