If the project doesn't reach it's goal of $700, and the plan falls through, do the backers receive refunds? This project might be more interesting in 1/35.

you only pay if they reach their goal. so if you pledge $50 and they dont reach their goal you are not charged.

If it was that easy we would not be doing the kickstarter campaign. I don't sculpt figure unfortunately, not one of my gits. A good sculptor has to be hired, it costs over $600 USD to get 3 figures sculpted in 120mm and then the materials to put it into production.
If I had a regular job I would fund it my self. Being unemployed since October of last year does not make it possible for me to do that.
If I could I would.
Everyone interest benefits from this campaign. The person contributes, the sculptor gets paid and gets work, I get to produce a good product and the person who contributes gets a nice 3 pc figure set for a good price.
