I haven't posted any 20mm on here for a looooong time. To be fair I haven't done much small stuff at all though as I've been working mostly in 1/48th.

Anyway after finishing a big Afghanistan project I took a little time out to work on some of my own stuff and managed to polish of a few long suffering wips including this old Cromwell ODS Challenger 1.

As usual it's a wargaming piece and is brush painted with a mix of GW acrylics and Humbrol enamels. Lining and shading was done with WnN oils and decals are a mix of spares from a JB Models Saracen and 1/48th from Gasoline.

cheers
Brent

Very nice shading and paint. I'm looking to start a 35th Challenger I, in November. From what I understand, it will be a year long project.

Hi Keith, the kit was second hand and had missing parts, those included. I tried to scratch one but it looked [auto-censored]e so I'm hoping to find an old/parts 72nd donor kit somewhere, either a Trumpeter of Dragon one. I wasn't going to post it at all until I had the bits but that could be never so ....
