Thanks for the kind words guys,
Romain - anytime, glad delivery is so fast!
Jerry, as always thanks
These are the last in progress pics before the final details/fitting and crew are installed.
I don't know but I think I would feel reasonably safe nestled in there, hidden pretty good.

I'm calling this one a wrap, figures are by panzercononor (conor mullin) In about a week or so the Scenicfactorydio website will be revamped and there will be many more pictures of dioramas there. On to Hurtgen!!

Thanks for all the good words guys, "Green" scenes are not my norm but I did have fun with this one, I'll now get back on the "Hurtgen Forest" and following will be "Awaiting Prey" that I described on my Facebook page that will be a complete tutorial build with all my techniques (used)explained (exclusively to that diorama). It will be spring like this one with some forest and swamp mixed in.

Love it. It's actually a lot bigger than I originally thought too- which is a good thing. And the Ostwind blends in perfectly to the environment too in terms of colors and weathering. My only critique is against myself in that I think the paint rubbed off on the binocular guy's cap. Overall though I love it, it turned out great and I'm glad I could be a part of it.

Thanks all, Conor it didn't look bad at all, I decided to leave it and treat it as a little highlighted, I think the lighting made it look worse then it was, They looked great in my book thanks for the work, I think everyone will like the Hurtgen Forest as it progresses - stay tuned!
