I am trzing to paint tis figure from DML 6694 set but I have the problem with base colour. I tried to use oe by mixing the white and green but the results were really poor. Could anyone hep me which colour I should use for base?

Try with a camo beige, with some drops of green or fieldgray.

If you are doing the camo pattern with the pale green base, I would lighten your green with yellow, German dark yellow, or any beigy color. Never white! I wouldn't bother trying to duplicate a specific color as rarely any two smocks were identical in color, what with age of garment, individual fading, and differences in dye batches.
