So, apparently there are two Conqueror kits in the making.
Amusing Hobby
And Black Label
So far my experiences with AH have been awesome, reasonable price for unique and incredibly good looking kits, while Black Label quality and accuracy has been, well, questionable (not mentioning the OP price tags), so my pick is quite clear here

Yup! One finished model vs. a couple of small drawings. Not much contest.

We have World Of Tanks to thank for all these obscure tanks coming coming out. At least the M103 and Conqueror actually saw service vs the concept Nazi tanks.
As for the Conqueror it looks like each company is doing a different varient. Amusing has a MK1 and Dragon a MK2. Amusing has no bustle rack or bore evacuator making it a MK1. Dragon shows both in its CAD making it a MK2. The MK1 was the developmental model few were produced and I believe brought up to MK2 standards for service. I'll check the Rob Griffin book to be sure.
