Hey, just got a radio controlled 1/35 scale M1A1 by Tamiya. Neat kit is basically the same as their regular M1A1 and comes with a different set of outer sprockets and a second box that contains the R/C unit, motors, and a little sound system that goes under the turret. Someone also tossed in a set of Verlinden US tanker half figures.

So my quest continues to own one of each 1/35 M1 Abrams kit. Just need to collect up some more Trumpeter kits...

I've got a few RC kits: Tamiya's full RC 1/16 Tiger 1, Tamiya's 1/16 Sherman, Tamiya's 1/12 M1025 Hummer, Lindberg's 1/32 PT-109, as well as many of the old wired remote Tamiya 1/35 scale armor. Non-kit RC vehicles I have are a couple of Tyco cars and a 1/25 M1A1 Abrams. I also picked up the wired remote system (through a trade for the kit figures) for my 1/25 Academy Jagdpanther. I needed the dual motor set up to attempt to RC the thing in the future.

I'm not heavy into RC, but I'm not a stranger.
