I think I know the answer, but I am looking for confirmation. On late model M2A2 and M2A3 ODS Bradleys, are the added armor panels present on the hull and turret roof as on the Meng A3 kits? I have an idea to backdate an Meng kit to an A2 version and looking to see how much work it would take.

Hi. I'm new in this forum, but a long time reader. What kind of panels did you mean? Around the hatch and top of the turret? I could check some pics in my wwp book M2A2. But there are some more small differents.

Yes, on top of the turret and on the rear roof area around the hatch. Are there added armor panels in these places on the M2A2s?

For A2 Bradley is in front of the commander's station no additional armor and also no armor panels on top around the troop hatch. You could use Academy or Tamiya M2A2 ODS for reference. Obey the top of rear ramp, they are total different from A2 to A3.
In the next coming days I will start my M3A3 from Meng, instead of busk, I will add the baggage ties from eduard.

You are welcome. Note that you have to add some periscopes to the rear of the commander's hatch. If you build the latest version of M2A2 you could also use the forward mudflaps (hope it's the correct word) from the Meng kit.
