Yeah, i love this good old VW Bus in production from 1972 to 1992. This is an very useful vehicle for many countries. Reminds me on that Action Szene from Delta Force. Also very useful as German Police Car in the 80´s or Hippy Flower Power car. The Options are nearly endless. Great Addition to the civilian BMW also from TAKOM or the Mercedes from DIOPARK.
Thanks a lot for this comming release.

Only thing I don't like is the figure.. A driver figure would have been much more useful.. either sitting in it, or opening the door to get in.. or just getting out.. a little bit of imagination can go a long way. I mean, this guy is just standing there... he doesn't even have the mandatory "pointing finger".. or is that just in WW II figures?

Clearly he is not an officer, then!

Yes, it does appear that pointing is a privilege reserved only for officers

So were saying these are 90's buses?? im used to working on these buses and just think ISAF might be bit late for such an early style VW Transporter.

Interesting that there's no mention of Volkswagen on the box and the front grille emblem looks like it doesn't say VW.....hopefully the kit parts will....

If it's like their "German civilian car", I don't think it will have any emblems... to avoid paying royalties. But when I bought the "German car" from HobbyEasy, they were including a small decal sheet with the BMW emblem on it.. and there was also a company that had a "3D" decal sheet for both Takom's and Diopark's German cars.
