Hello to all my fellow modellers. This is my first time so please forgive my ignorance. I have 2 1/35 Academy hummers..the TOW and the M.P. versions. I am having difficulty with the fit with the roof section and the main body. Specifically, I cant get a proper fit with the rear end..there seems to be a lip around the bed....has anyone had fit problems of this nature? If so..what was your solution...thanks!!!

dont have a digital cam..sorry...the sloped part of the roof, where it meets the bed..is the area that doesnt fit right. I am not sure if the roof itself is warped (doesn't appear so) or what...but I cant get the sides to line up flush just above the rear wheel wells...am I making sense in my descriptions???

Can you tell us which Hummer? I have myself the M1025 and have finished it without any fit problems.

Hello,
I think I understand what you are explaining. There is a gap between the top of the rear fenders and the bottom of the top? If that gap is the one you are talking about, then here goes. There is a slight gap on the real vehicle, it is so slight it almost isn't even noticed. Also the back of the top won't fit flush with the rear of the taligate area, it is supposed to be slightly inset. I hope this helps and addresses your question.
