I just used one of these that I had for quite some time I can`t check now (I`m at work) but I believe that mine came with instructions. It was a little trouble getting the rail around the outside but looks pretty good when finished.

Hello Rob,

No sheet with this one. The fit wasn't exactly the best either. One thing I didn't mention is that Verlinden is either clearing out current stock or if this is a re-issue item.
