If the Panzer VII “Maus” went into production, how was the crew expected to get in and out of the tank? From the ground to the top of the hull is 7 feet. Once on top of the hull it is another 5 feet to get on top of the turret. I have looked at many photos of the prototype Maus and there is a temporary boarding ladder on one side of the hull. Are there any drawings or photos showing ladders, grab handles, or anything for the crew to get into or out of this tank. If there are no photos or drawings, what would these ladders look like and where would they be placed?
