Hi guys,

I just wanted to share some photos of my recently finished Land Rover WMIK from Hobby Boss.

I used ET Model PE set and the update set from Accurate Armour. The figures are from Blackdog, slightly updated to match the 2003 era which the small vignette should represent.

This was an incredibelly long project. I am really glad it´s done now sitting in the shelf.

Please feel free to add your comments...

Nicely done! The camouflage cloth is impressive, and you've done an excellent job on all the details.

Lovely! The yellow paint on the WMIK and the brushing of dust on the surface of the tires appear very realistic. You also did a nice job on camouflaging the backpacks and uniforms.

Jiri, only five photos, no close-ups? Shame on You

Great model, expecially all the stowage. I love it!

One of the best Land Rovers I've seen in a while. Really nice, well done! Which Accurate Armour update set did you use?

I too would love to see some more photos please.

Excellent built. Very nice camouflages and great updates on the W.M.I.K. Like the updates for the equipment of the figures.

Hi guys,

thank you so much for all the positive comments. They really encourage me to a new project.

I am sorry about the photos. They were taken very fast with a hand-held camera since I broke the tripod some time ago. Once I fix it I will make a new collection and post it here.

@ Maki, It´s the O-WMIK 1997-2004 Update set. It was diffucult to make some parts fit the kit. On the other hand there were some great detailed parts in the set.
I really recommend the ET Model PE set. Everything fits just perfectly.

Thanks again!

Let me also share two in-progress photos. The dark grey parts are the AA updates.
