I was applying the wash of red brown/flat back oil,while using tissue paper the clean excess oil, I notice the paint start peeling off.Is there any way to protect the paint from peeling off?

Apply a layer of acrylic clear varnish, like from Tamiya or Vallejo.

Hi Richard,
...then, when all finished, including decals, normally I apply a final coat of spray matt transparent varnish, to seal and protect all.
