That`s a very promising Lay out.
I good point you took care of is the fact that the lines of the dio are not parralel with the base. A very important rule because it makes the dio more attractive to look at.
A thing you should think of very well is the fact that yoo have building structures at both sides of the street and this will challenge the visibility of your dio. Better is to have the buildings at one side damaged severely so it doesn`t stand in the way of your scene.
For the People curious about it here is the pic
Further I don`t have much comments it`s a nice and clear lay out. Can you tell what vehicles there will be in the dio and what kind of scene it will be???

The scene will be figures and buildings only. The 101st will be just entering the town, starting to clear the buildings. Much like the first couple of scenes in BOB, however I am not trying to do an exact dupe of that but I did like the setting. There will be 2-3 German figures 2 dead one wounded. The wounded Ger who lays on the floor of the cafe one hand raised with a pistol aimed at the door with a US para at the ready to kick in the door. (still deciding on the final placement and number of figures). Other 101st figures will be advancing to take up new positions I am constructing several Nemrod figs some stock, some conversions. That is the most time consuming as I have been teaching myself the finer elements of figure sculpting. Lots of expirementing and learning from my mistakes any suggestions to the sculpting? Perhaps I should post in that section.
