FS: Federal Standard - U.S. Colors
RAL: (?) another industry color standard, not sure whos
RLM: Reichs Luftfahrt Ministerium - Luftwaffe aircraft standards

RAL Colors are familiar to anyone who works with color. During the over 70 years that the RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification has been standardizing colors, RAL Colors have gained a broad international acceptance, including in the United States.
RLM is German for "State Ministry for Aviation"
