It looks nice ! I cannot talk about the panther because here we have lots of Panther-experts much more entitled than me. But the finishing and weathering look OK.

In my opinion, I suggest to add more snow on the ground. It looks strange some accumulation somewhere and nothing at all in the street...But of course it is just my opinion...

Giovanni is right IMHO! Your snow does not look realistic! Too much and too white in some places for not enough to nothing in others!

Likewise I'm not qualified to comment the Panther in accuracy. Others here are better placed to do that. Weathering and wear & tear look OK!

The figures might benefit from a little more "weathering" though! ;)
