Been busy beavering away with my latest kit after needing a distraction from blogging a couple of Shermans. It's still a WIP but most of the work is done.
Consists of the AFV Club Churchill Snake kit AF35259 which is actually mislabelled as an AVRE. This was a test vehicle and was based on a standard Mk.IV gun tank minus its main armament. I've used a Voyager PE set for a Mk.IV while the moulded together kit tubes have been replaced with aluminium tubing. I've added as much detail as I can such as the mounting points for the fenders (when fitted), detail on the end of each exhaust muffler, better detailed track rails, idler wheel lightning holes etc. Constructive feedback/criticism is welcomed

Beautiful work but will those extra bolts inside the sprockets be visible afterwards?

If I were you I'd also invest in a couple of brass MGs, plastic ones look OK but for a superdetailed model the aftermarket ones are perhaps worth considering?

Another dumb question, why are the metal tubes staggered when the version based on the gun carrier have the same length?
