Maxime Lévesque shares with us some images of his IDF Shot''Kal 1973 Centurion Mk. 5/1 from AFV Club in 1/35th scale. The model was painted with Vallejo Model Air Acrylic paints and weathered with oils and Mig production pigments.

One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

Looks great! I hope I can do my 1967 version similar justice. What paint did you use? The Colour looks spot on.

Thank you all for nice comments. The model was first painted in black followed by Vallejo Sand yellow, Light Brown and Sand (Ivory). Exposed areas were then painted with a thin layer of Sand and White. And I always let darker colours show trough and in recessed areas.
