Nice work. Your figures will benefit from a coat of clear flat, as they have picked up a shine in the shading process. Fabrics tend to be dead flat in finish, especially the nubby wools favored by WW2 uniform makers. Exceptions would be leather, which could have a slight sheen, or some rubberized or plastic items (more common today than 70 years ago).

Gerald is absolutely right....nothing should be shiny, especially not in such a small scale!
Look around you and you will see little shiny...and in WW2 and in ruins, there would be none at all!
