Hello everyone!
As you can see, I am new to these forums, but certainly not to the hobby. I've been assembling the scale models for about ten years now (starting with the Revell's, of course ;D).
I "specialize" in the German WW2 military and am planning to buy one of the MiniArt's latest kits, the 35150 MB 1500A 4x4 Cargo Truck. However, I've read the Armorama's review of the similar kit, 35142, that noted the wheels were somehow too small. As the kits are pretty similar, I'm worried the same's the case with the 35150 (I'm pretty obsessed with the correct sizes and I'd really like to order a kit with the perfect proportions so no aftermarket replacements are necessary). I can't find that information anywhere, so I'd be really grateful if some of you could assist me on that matter.
Oh, and one more thing; I'm also interested in the MiniArt's PzKpfw II Ausf B (35162), but there doesn't seem to be any review (at least in English; my German is very schlecht)for it. If anyone could tell me anything about its quality and accuracy, I'd be very thankful.
Have a nice day!
Matev

Seems you found my Review. I thought there would be others doing one in English, but AFIK that hasnīt happend yet.
I had a look at Googles tanslation of the text... well... does just sound like a German trying hisīs best at speaking English.
If there is interrest I can Transalte/publish a review in English aswell.
All in all I can recomend the kit, although there are some smaller issues, like moulding lines on the comanders cuppola. All in all nothing too serious. One might want to replace gun and MG barrels, but itīs a really nice kit.

You might want to send a message to the Armorama reviewer to ask specifically what the size problem is with the tires. I'm no expert but I have come to notice that normal or common wheels were often replaced on all manner of vehicles so it may not be entirely incorrect either. And I doubt you'll ever find a truly perfect kit, there will always be something off because of not doing enough research or molding limitations. What's acceptable and what isn't is always the individual's call.

Thank you for the replies.
Fabian, that was the EXACT review I stumbled upon a few weeks ago. Knowing what it was meant to tell is very helpful indeed ;D
I am not a fan of Dragon and I rather support smaller companies, such as Tristar, MasterBox and MiniArt. All of them seem top notch, regardless of their size. The review of Panzerkampfwagen confirmed my thoughts on the kit, which seems great in my opinion and will probably found itself on my shelf sooner or later. The google translator did a solid job there
Kimo, I agree with your point entirely. These days, it's quite a challenge to find a model with perfect proportions (the only two companies that never disappointed me on that were Tristar and AFV).
I haven't worked on the MiniArt's vehicle kits yet though, only figures, so I'd really like to give it a try with their best kit as of yet. I hear their trams (the one still in production, 38003) and Kfz. 70s (35139 and 35147) are really good as well?
