How much interest in a tool to make corrugated steel pipe would there be? you'd form some metal foil over it & just twist the form out. Each one would be a few inches long depending on the diameter.
Possible sizes:
12,15,18,21,24,30,36,42,48 inch diameters. I could go bigger but they'd be more costly.
TIA for the input!

Hi Matt,
I would have an interest, I have a road repair/construction diorama in the planning stages ( Vietnam War), could use corrugated pipe for culverts.

So when you twist out the form, the corrugations are spiral?

What a co-incidence! Masterpiece just announced their own Corr-U-Gator (a couple of items above).

Yeah, but with that it's more difficult to get the true "twist" that the pie has.

Our tool easily makes standard corrugated piping and arches as seen here in this image. It also produces the spiral style as seen in the second image.
Without using our tool you cant state it is more difficult to make this style of pipe. This literately took 30 seconds to make via our Corr-U-Gator tool.
By the way, straight corrugated pipe is still in use along with the spiral. Not all piping is spiral spun.

I should have said appears.... Which size corrugation is it, as it appears to spaced out for the smaller pipes which are typically spiral wound. Larger diameter yes, panels are the way to go.

The current tool that is available for purchase now has a scale profile of approximately 76mm oscillation.
We have several other sizes and scales ready and queued in our production line for release soon.
