Anyone out there make a flat car like this in 1/35?

You could look at LZ Models. They produce a Soviet WW2 resin flat car. I'm sure it could be modified to 21st century standards with a little effort. Look at kit 35103...it might even be the right one you're asking about...

Great video Sean! Looks like I could get away with using the LZ models 60Ton Russian Flat car if I wanted too.
