not sure if this a modern tank. Zoukei-Mura company, know for exquiste 1/32 scale aircraft kits, has released two models of a computer game.

Pretty sure that kit has been out for a while; it's from a Gundam-esk anime.

And considering the main body of the URL is for Volks, it's likely a re-box with extra bits added in.
