what is the best way to paint Stryker wheels? Progression, color, weathering?

Hi Patrick,
I have just applied pigments on rubber Trumpeter tracks (1/72) and I found the results quite nice.
I used a mixture of AK dust effect together with a bit of Vallejo pigments and after drying a bit I removed excess.
