Great find. Unfortunatelly, with the site in Japanese I can't even tell where their email is... Have you tried using the translator?

These figures are made by Max Factory, who make a lot of those high quality pre-finished anime type figures. It looks like they're not currently on sale outside Japan, but here is a page in English that mentions them, and prices.
