First of all, thanks for the very helpful replies regarding the optic colours on modern AFVs.
Does anyone know the lengths of the antennas on the current versions of the AAVP-7A1? I notice that there are a pair mounted at the rear of the vehicle, and two others on stanchions (one one either side further towards the front). I have information on the specific function of the antennas, but am not sure how tall they are.

Try to make a research through the site as I remember having seen a similar question about US modern antennas length.

My antennas usually are approximately 7-8 cm long.

Modern FM antennas are 8 ft long. In 1/35 scale, that is 2 3/4 inches.

Ater checking my references, the USMC uses the shorter SINCGARS antennas. These antenna are roughly 1800 mm tall, means 51 mm in 1/35 scale or 25 mm in 1/72 scale.

I do not have my references/manuals in reach at the moment but should be able to hunt accurate info concerning the antennas Monday if it is still needed at that time. I remember the antennas were not very tall, especially when compared to the pre-SINCGARS antennas.
The photo gives a good idea of how tall the antennas on an AAV are.
