Panzer IV from Revell, the tree is a dead bonsai, figures from Mig Productions, material for the base and Snow from West Garage Models.
The zimmerit was carved into the tank with na hobby knife.

Not bad overall. You should make more efforts regarding the tree. A tree does not end with branches but with finer twigs, I know it's a lot of work, but hey, it's a full part of diorama making.
For the Panzer and figures, it's 1/72, so very difficult in any case. The first snow look good.

Not if it is dead and has been for quite a long time...
The snow is nice, though it seems to fade out a little bit at the front of the scene nearest the camera.
Many congrats for taking on the challenge of figures, trees, and zimmerit in 1/72 - many modellers don't bother with all that even at bigger scales because it is just too difficult to get it looking exactly right.
I especially like the commander, he has a good pose in the turret.
