Super glue (CA) is the only glue that'll do PE. Two-part epoxys will work also (I guess).

As stated by Kevin CA or two components epoxy works well. I prefer to use gel CA applying just a tiny bit with a pin because gives you mor time for accurate positioning of the part. If you need even more time but you do not want to use "thick" or gel CA sometimes I use Future too...

First time,eh?
I recommend, tacking the parts on with a tiny bit of Elmer's White glue.if you don't like the position, soak it with water, and reposition it.Then when things are where you like them, put the tiniest drop of Super Glue at a point where the PE is in contact with the tank (or wingy thingie).cappillary action will spread the glue. The benefit,is that the part is where you like it,and is on tight enough to allow you to fumble placing the drop of Super Glue in place...
I think.

Future will make PE adhere to kits?
Haven't heard of that one before...but makes sence.....have always used CA myself.....but even using a gel/slower type of CA maked more sence than normal CA!!

yes, Future, Tamiya clear, and other "clears" will work as a PE adhesive, so long as there'll be NO STRESS on the finished part.
